Member services contains important information to you, the member, of EMEPA. Under this section, you can pay your bill online, read information about levelized billing, bank draft, security lights, surge protection, free home energy audits and the rebate programs offered by EMEPA. Members can also report online if a security light is out or not working properly. Member services representatives are also available over the phone and in our four EMEPA district offices.
