Coordinated billing allows members on a fixed income to schedule their payments a specific time each month. Download the Coordinated Billing Program document above and return with your next bill, and an EMEPA customer service represenative will contact you.

Levelized billing is one of the most popular payment options offered by EMEPA. This option was designed to help our members who are on a budget avoid the "ups and downs" of seasonal electricity bills. The amount you pay each month is based on your 12 month average electric usage keeping your monthly payment about the same from month to month. Any residential member with an account in good standing is eligible for this option. The account must have a 12 month history without being cutout and no more than 3 returned checks. Before starting levelized billing, the account must have a zero balance. Your bill each month will reflect your actual month's usage and your total account balance. Your payment amount will be based on your most recent12 month average usage. Any increase in the amount of energy used would cause the levelized billing monthly amount to increase.
