EMEPA is represented by a board of directors made up of members from throughout the service territory. These directors help manage the business and affairs of the electric distribution cooperative.
The board of directors is voted on by the membership at the annual membership meeting, held the first Saturday in October each year at the cooperative’s headquarters in Meridian. Meeting notice and proxy cards are mailed to EMEPA members in July.
